In the following couple of lines, we will tell you about the new modern vision of a traditional Bulgarian restaurant.
In this project we convey the centuries-old messages of the Bulgarian people in an unusual way - we compile in modern architectural systems and materials a graphic image of embroidery. Looking to the future, development, innovation - this is the architecture in our project, because the tradition still requires Bulgarian restaurants to be in a characteristic style and very few architects and designers dare to go beyond these imposed frameworks. Here we are one of those who do dare. Follow the fields of our imagination.



With great respect for the Bulgarian spirit and traditions we incorporate the traditional embroidery in the facade of the restaurant. For this purpose, we perforate the material, accentuating the embroidery with hidden lights. The white facade radiates lightness, accentuated by the graphite dark dense areas, and the changing light in the colors of the national flag enhances the striking impact.



The beauty of Bulgarian embroidery stands out with its incredible charm and elegance on the clean simple volumes and graphic background. Its message is memorable. The embroideries encode symbols for health, love and prosperity. They symbolize harmony in the world and human behavior. Ancient symbols keep, heal and hide secrets. Their main color - red, for Bulgarians symbolizes mother's blood and the continuation of life, protects against "bad eyes" and curses; the white color expresses purity, incorruptibility, immaculate youth and divine light; and the green - the eternally reviving life and the tree of life.



The embroideries woven into the facade change in these basic colors: white, green, red, the national tricolors.





Spectacular in its clean forms, acting simply, as if lace, trimmed with gently lit embroidery, the airiness of the facade is so attractive that we cannot resist stopping to immerse ourselves in the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. Come with us to feel the innovative impact of Bulgarian folklore.



From the moment we enter, we are embraced by the coziness of the ancient symbols and immerse ourselves into them, trying to understand their history and meaning.



The classic treatment of the interior in black and white, the contrast between matte, reflective, mirror and embroidered surfaces gives a luxurious value and impresses the visitor with dignity, from the entry itself.



In the next moment we find ourselves directly in the dining room, bright, spacious and pure.



The feeling of lightness and airiness is complemented by the regular raster of white textile blinds on the ceiling. The bar is also highlighted with a folklore image.



Humble background with a sense of spiritual messages.



The tables are separated in different areas by blinds, with borders that descend from the ceiling and bring additional comfort.



We also offer an effective homage through the Bulgarian ‘’rug’’ of light, which floods us from the ceiling at special moments to remind us of the native colors.



And at the other end is the children's corner. We swirl and enter in the field of children's imagination ...



... through the staircase to the upper level, which resonates with the interior design of the ceiling. White and transparent, it transports us weightlessly to the flying balloons - a gentle tale of lighting fixtures.





From the hall under the bay window of the children's corner is visible the main approach, accentuated in light.



The facades of the restaurant have sliding windows that open completely in good weather to connect with the garden and the outdoor restaurant. Thus, at celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, celebrations, customers can be together in the rhythms of music and dance.







Airy pleated awnings will overshadow you in the cozy booths, again under the sign of Bulgarian embroidery.



For the preparation of delicious dishes and barbecue available in the covered garden there is a barbecue bar.



The color scheme in black and white emphasizes the warm impact of the delicious dishes prepared there.

Defined forms, contrasted by tenderness in white, and a reference to the opposites of the masculine and feminine, intertwined in one.



The rooms for refreshment have a modern interior and a definite emphasis on the areas for men and women in appropriately chosen colors, again in modern tones of cyclamen and turquoise.
In the lighting elements surrounding the countertop, we see the folklore light motif of the whole object.
