Everyone longs for their own home, for a place they will call their "fortress" and where they will be charged with energy, together with the people they love the most.
We are truly fortunate to be able to help make this longing come true.
The place chosen for the home is magnificent.
In the skirts of Vitosha Mountain, with a beautiful view of Sofia, we designed a single-family house for a married couple, whose heiress is already big and lives abroad.
Our clients wanted everyone to feel independent when they visited them. This created a precondition for the house to be functionally divided into two residential floors, to be used independently and to be accessible independently, but from a common staircase.
We built a model showing the terrain and the location of the property. It helped us analyze the situation and to orient the construction and the leadings roads to it correctly. The visualization in a model enabled the client to better understand our ideas and to imagine his future home. The play of volumes showed the elongated shape of the building we chose to design, with which it acquired its own individual character.
The terrain is sloping to the southwest and we can reach it on foot and by car along an alley in the northern part of the property.
The entrance is covered by an overhanging upper level and so there we can find shelter in bad weather. We find ourselves in a distribution hall and the common staircase to the upper two levels totally independent functionally. On the ground floor there are garages and service rooms such as laundry, sauna and technical room.
Going up, we can find the main living level of the owners with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, next there's a storage, master bedroom with private closet and chic bathroom, second guest bedroom and a shared bathroom on the floor. The living area is surrounded by a wide terrace overlooking the landscaped yard.
The third level provides a separate living space for the daughter of the owners, who will sometimes stay with them, again with a living room, kitchen and dining room and a bedroom with its own closet and bathroom. Thus, the family will have the freedom to live together or separately, according to the different desires and needs of the inhabitants.
We explore the different architectural visions of the future home through sketches and three-dimensional visualizations.
Customers are open to a modern vision, simple and optimally cleaned out of unnecessary elements.
We explore in several ways the different materials and shapes to give the customer the best idea of what we can offer, to clarify their desires and find common ground into moving forward.
All proposed solutions have a modern vision, innovative materials and modernist architecture.
Thus, a joint solution was chosen, the project is ready and it remains only to be build so that future owners can enjoy its amenities.
